When you are dealing with a Foreign Government you must ALWAYS use a response that is diplomatic. To come out with a stronger worded response might upset a Real Member of their government. The response is OK, just remember that their government must be left room to save face. At this point THEY may not be sure that some underling from their government wasn't paid to send it, and they probably need to have time to check into it. Remember, this is Latin America, and payola happens. Just my opinion, remember. Still long & strong.
