BB, What makes you think fund managers haven't already left this sector? This sector has been in a bear market for close to a year now. I imagine that any fund manager would already have dumped the bulk of holdings in this sector long ago. If anything, I suspect that they are minitoring this sector closely to determine an appropriate entry point. Just my opinion
