Why not make Dale an offer for the paper he's holding on IPM land. Just wait it out and I'm sure the property will fall back in your hands. Problem is, you don't get to own IPM's records! Can they afford to hold an AGM, or will it be a small meeting here in Toronto's legal office? I don't own any shares at this time.
