Katherine - Thanks for the info. However, I'm still on the lookout for unit shipment growth numbers because using dollars to track market growth doesn't add much information to the known fact of overcapacity. (Overcapacity by definition reduces ASP very rapidly, which in turn will cause a reduction in dollars shipped unless the unit growth is astounding.) On the other hand if you know unit shipment rates it is easier to guess at when extra capacity will be absorbed. (I assume that in general die sizes remain more or less constant like in the recent move from P-MMX to P-II.)
