The entities holding those 11,000,000 shares stand to loose a substantial amount of capital unless something happens. As long as a warrant is attached at a very reasonable strike price the "solvency insurance" program should be viewed by all as an attractive form of capital preservation. The key is to get the wolves off the back and the stock trading again. To do this the bankruptcy risk must be removed.
