I remember when Ed's cat was telling me (about two years ago) that Ancor stock would probably split at least two times by now and be worth around $80/share - it's obvious that fibre channel is taking a lot longer to catch on.
Craig, good questions on the conference call - you really made them suck up some pride.
IMHO Ancor has put together a top notch sales team and they should get their fair share of contracts - nobody expected good numbers for the second quarter (nor are they expected for the third quarter), furthermore we were forewarned during the first quarter conference call that the numbers would be low. How can you expect Ancor to sell switches if the needs for switches are presently very low. The only thing that scares me is that Ancor's entry into SAN market will mean competition with EMC/McData (leaders in the SAN market with an established and satisfied customer base).
