price does not make a bottom time does .This is the last price action before a last shake or break out.IMHO

To quote Ted Warren" there is no better proof that a stock will go up, than when it acts as if it can't.

This is a wearing out process to most.We must simply hold a contrarian viewpoint.

These quiet long time period look like little dots on a monthly chart.
Three to four in a row is a lot - These times although boring in price action should actually be viewed as absolutely exciting as the fast price rise is just around the corner.Get all you can now .We are in the bottom.IMHO

The winner is the one who buys the most at the lowest price! :-)
