Hope you will explain this. ORACLE NCA runs on any browser, on any web server, and 100% web enables any app developed with Designer/Developer. Just because there is some proprietary code doesn't mean it only runs in proprietary environments. You do unwittingly build the argument that Oracle's biggest problem is its reputation. Even when they solve a problem (complexity, price, propriety) their reputation lingers.
