FOREST FIRES
For those interested try osei.noaa.gov to see infrared satellite photos of just how much of the north is ablaze.
Wsps snap lake is on the barrens and while there are such things as tundra fires, for now however the biggest problem would be decreased visibility in smoke if the wind is blowing from the south.
If the fires keep burning north, they will go out on the barrens and that could be a problem down the road, unless we get some rain to slow things down. So yes down the road it might be a problem, time and the weather will tell.
