I'm not sure of the pct's, but Nextlevel was spun off into a LP within GIC for two reasons: to release shareholder value of GIC, and by seperating Nextlevel from the books because of it's significant drain on capital expenditures. Nextlevel will eventually be spun off into a seperate offering, and GIC shareholders will be the beneficiaries of this by being shareowners in ths offering.
