John, not much of a tree hugger myself. I suspect that when MINE finally begins full scale open pit mining in Bolivia-it will devaste the local river with sediment etc and increase eroision, and increase truck traffic which will cause problems, all the new workers in the area will strain the local utilites to over flowing-ie. probably be a mini ecological disaster. However, if MINE does begin full scale production, I probably will be sipping a nice beverage on some exotic tropical island paradise from all the money I made and won't really care. Perhaps I will send a small check to Green Peace? (Tax write-off- I'll need it!)
