I disagree. There is a huge difference IMO between having a letter of intent and having a definitive agreement. It's the difference between agreeing in principle and actually agreeing on the terms, wording of the contract etc. It's true as you said the fat lady hasn't yet sung on this deal, but now it's just a matter of the financing. (and I agree with Medsker on this, we have several options here)
