Would have been a useless question (not that some others weren't useless either).

I have never seen a CEO talk about an acquisition before it was officially announced and the deal essentially done. In reality, they can't, due to SEC rules, etc.

If asked, his answer would have been one of the following two (choose which you like best):

1) THQ does not comment on merger and acquisition activity.

2) THQ is always looking for deals that make sense, but I cannot comment on any specific deal which we may or may not be looking at.
