Glaser's testimony evidently against Windows 98's ability to screen out the Real Player. It can be accessed on so many sites that stream information, speeches and pictures that this W98 should not be a major problem. If he speaks well on CNBC, holders should again regain confidence in the co., given its fast growth and ability to again beat Wall St.'s estimates.

BCST has held up amazing well since its IPO offering (right near its opening trade price) and it is worth the same as RNWK, one of its major suppliers and competitors. Thus, with 4 times BCST sales, the stock is very very cheap on a relative basis.
