Oh my K: I hate to ruin your day, but that long term relationship you have been trumpeting for the past two years with IDTI has just taken a terrible turn. K: Those protective puts on IDTI mean that you will only be able to sell your stock with a tax rate of 40%, not the 20% long term capital gains rate you would have had if you had held your position for more than 18 months without the use of puts. That assumes you will ever take a profit on IDTI. I am assuming a 40% tax rate, because that is what a person with an income in the six figures pays these days. As the lawyer you claim to be, you should be aware of the changes in the law.

Your slip is showing on another issue K. You claim to have heard several past LSI conference calls. But K: You would know that analysts are the only people who participate in conference calls. So that puts doubt into your claim that you had heard prior calls.

Am I happy with LSI's performance? Hell no. I thought I had picked the perfect entry point with my purchases in February and May. Do I feel that this is a superior investment for the next six months to two years? Absolutely.

With respect to the lies, I can only say that I have posted a number of your posts and charts, and I will let people draw their own conclusions. You do have some knowledge of the semi industry, but it's more like the sort of after-the-fact knowledge one sees in the touts hugging the rail at Hollywood Park.

As far as your getting into my head and revealing my character flaws blah blah blah, one usually sees that sort of language in one who has lived for too far too long on the edge. My guess is that you have some sort of short term option play on LSI that is just eking out a profit--not the sort of thing that will bring you back to even. My feeling more and more is that I could care less.
