Probably won't be any news for another week or two. This week's meeting was called-off. The SEC attorney is on vacation for two weeks and another meeting is scheduled when he/she returns.

This is an outrage! This is a story of how the misguided actions of the SEC are supressing an emerging company with an important new technology!
After nearly three months of this bullshit no one knows what or who triggered the SEC's actions! No one knows what the SEC's specific concerns are! Meanwhile, the only persons being helped by the SEC are Myerson and SLUP's competitors! The people being hurt are SLUP's stockholders.

hawkeye encourages all to write to their elected representatives in the house and senate informing them of this fiasco, asking them to make an inquiry into the SEC's actions, and to provide you with a full explanation. You are entitled to this! It is your tax dollars that are paying for the SEC's investigation! It is time to turn up the heat on the SEC. This situation must be rectified. hawkeye knows from personal experience that when a congressman forwards a letter from a constituent to a government agency asking for a response the agency can not ignore it. If SLUP's stockholders are not willing to take action to protect themselves, this situation can languish. Nobody else cares what happens to SLUP.
