FACT. The Xeon, which you were counting on to shore up Intel's flagging margins, will be AT LEAST another two weeks late.

I guess that these are the kind of mistakes that happen when you're a company that's feeling the heat. Throwing money at a problem to speed up a development cycle apparently doesn't always work out for the best.
