Your optimism obviously isn't shared by wallstreet. Since you provided the "glass is half full" interpretation, allow me to be the devil's advocate.

What if NN only won the TDM business ? That means that CSCO won the edge routers, edge ATM switches and the core ATM switches. Then, NN's share is a lot smaller than CSCO's, right ?

The point is, we don't know. And we all know what happens when one ASSUMES, right z.o. ?
