Gary, Thanks for the words of encouragement. Did speak to Bunte, they are in touch with their attorneys. They are going to address this with a forceful hand. They feel it has to do with a competitor that has used underhanded tactics in the past. Both I and one other person were on the line when we spoke to Andy Arrata, he is terribly distraught, and refutes that he was ever convicted as a felon. Also I am told that the SEC litigation against Matt Klenovic has been totally resolved with no fines or admission of guilt, they were after the company he used to work for, but he was found not to be involved.

Will keep you informed as I hear the develpoments unfold.
