Wrong... In fact it can and will influence the strength of the rally in this stock. The stock may have relative strength and it may very well have a good day compared to the rest of the market, but your power move will be somewhat abated by the general (lousy) market conditions. When people are taking hits across the board in the blue chips, they'll be more cautious about their bids on the secondaries and BBs. I agree, BUY, but maybe cheaper later. Remember the only key here it to buy LOWer and sell HIGHer.
