A possibly bigger/pressing [shareholder] concern?

(NASDAQ:SWEBF)(TSE:SKI) retained a Canadian investment banker to advise with the proposed sale of SoftQuad, Inc...perhaps legally required given SoftQuad, Inc. is a Canadian Corporation...[Q1]: in the event SoftQuad, Inc is sold (TSE:SKI) will it legally be defined as a Canadian company...[Q2] pursuant/as proximate cause [of a SoftQuad, Inc. divestiture] will TSE:SKI be delisted? [Q3] SWEBF has not formally notified their shareholders of possible NASDAQ delisting pursuant to any formal/timely securities statute disclosure including but not limited to press release(s), Fiscal 1997 Annual Report, Fiscal 1997 Annual Shareholder Meeting, Fiscal 1997 Form of Proxy, nor was it mentioned in their U.S. SEC FORM 20-F filed 29 June 1998...this [and the TSE listing status] appears to be a legally substantive/material issue(s), however, in the event it is delisted from NASDAQ NMS and TSE:SKI pursuant to a SoftQuad, Inc. sale will SoftQuad International,Inc. then effectively be going private?...questions which need to be [responsibly] answered post haste....
