A survey today shows Merrill Lynch is only into 40% equities. Previously Merrill Lynch comes out with a up beat Y2K report.IF they are so positive Y2K not going to be harmful to companies bottom line why such a bearish stand going forward.Most experts saw the report for what it was, a fluff piece, could it also have been a smoke screen while they are reducing their equity position. Just a thought.
