Declining on low volume and no news, NOV looks like a great buying opportunity here. It is retesting its lows. Many health care providers are taking huge hits, both for regulatory problems and for poor business outlooks (Beverly, Vencor, etc.). NOV is in a different situation, as far as I know. The stock is being taken down in sympathy. The company is evaluating strategic alternatives that may result in the unlocking of an additional $5-10 in hidden value. Even based on project growth, the stock is undervalued. Todd
