Justa, Jeff and All--Replay 1-800-633-8284 code 4453646. Call was upbeat. Justa, hopefully the light institutional ownership you identify equates to a tight float that will help magnify the (eventual ) short squeeze. Several Ultrabeams and Verdants in in production, the implication being that they will eventually ship. Another positive was that the book to bill was above parity. Some confusion on the call about when is an order an order in backlog versus a P.O. versus a P.O. with a P.O. number. Also, while the Ultrabeam throughput news was favorable, it was noted by Art that the throughput comparison was to the MEBES 4500. ETEC announced a MEBES 5000 at Semicon West that alledgedly has throughput as much as 8x that of the MEBES 4500 and 2x the MEBES 4500s: pubs.cmpnet.com Any thoughts? --David
