Please, tell us where you read that. I have the package also, and am having a hell of a time figuring the wording out. I have found this though: Doc 0398219.17 Article VIII., 8.1 (e) on page 40. Cancellation of stock. All old common stock, old preferred stock, the senior subordinated notes and any other note, bond, identure or other instrument or document evidencing or creating and indebtness or obligation of any of the Debtors shall be deemed CANCElled on the Effective Date., provided, however, that the identure under the Senior subordinated notes shall continue in effect solely for the purposes of (i)....etc...and so it continues. I cannot find anything saying we will be part of the new organization. I see that there will be over 12.9 million new shares released after the reorg at or around a value of 5 dollars to be distributed by the company to a bank for re-distribution...think thats close to what is going to happen... Once again, i ask, where did you get your info from? Mike
