A)Gambler announced that he would set up a CC with Mr. Gordon and challenged all who are bearish to participate. Please review my post #1409 You will notice that I accepted the CC invitation/challenge and posted the evenings that I was available for the CC.
Additionally I posted several of the questions that I was planning to ask Mr. Gordon. See posts #1380,1387,1422,1423,1525,1528,1533.
These were not my only questions for Mr. Gordon. They were however questions that would be best served with prepared and researched responses by Mr. Gordon.
The CC was never arranged.
Marty, Please review my post #1990. I have clearly established many inconsistancy's,conflicts, and contradictions with Mr. Gordon's claims, statements and promises. Yet you continue to post that all my questions would be answered by making a phone call to Mr. Gordon. Your reasoning could very well be compared to making the claim that the motive and evidence presented in the Simpson trial was meaningless.... After all, the prosecutor's and police could just pick up the phone, call Mr. Simpson and ask him if he had done it........
I am sure they would have all their questions answered.
Marty, Your reasoning in this matter is illogical. In your post #2344 you state:

Your reasoning on this matter is tantamount to saying, "Since O.J. has correctly stated that he rushed for over 2000 yards, I think we must conclude that all of his statements and claims regarding surrounding the death of his wife must be true as well."
Marty, My two most recent DD posts (#1990 & 2650) contain information that I have been aware of since the end of June. In my post #1614 I offered to share this information with the thread members if others were truly interested in the DD that I had accumulated from my extensive research. (Research which was motivated by my initial interest in TSIG as a potential long term investment) As I noted in my post #2000 I recieved numerous private requests as well as public requests from Mister Ex....and YOURSELF to publish this information.....Yet when I comply with these requests (including your own) you choose to bash me and question why I have posted the information that you yourself requested.
Marty, Rather then spending your time bashing me with illogical attempts to undermine my credibility, why not instead address the issues that I have raised in my last two posts, #1990 & #2650?
Additionally, In response to your's and others requests for me to publish my DD, I have done so.....I still have one additional major piece of DD that I have yet to publish, regarding "Phoenix" (the company founded by Mr. Gordon that recently declared bankruptcy) and Mr. Gordon's involvement. Involvement that is at odds with Mr. Gordon's claims. The information that I have to publish is new to the thread. (such as has been the case with the majority of the DD that I have published.)........However, I will make the same offer to all of you who are long. If you would sincerely like me to publish this DD I will do so. I will not publish my further DD solely at the request of others on the thread that have bearish views of TSIG.
If I do not recieve honest requests from at least 10 sincere longs I will refrain from publishing my remaining DD.........If I do recieve at least 10 requests I will publish it for the benefit of all.
Of course, it is up to each of us to make our own value judgement of the information that is presented to us as DD by others. Rather then spending one's efforts and time trying desperately to uncover some hidden motive or agenda on the part of those that post contrarian DD, I suggest one would be better served by researching the DD that has been presented and then judge it's merits.
