Oh, wait... That doesn't even include INFE or DGIV, or all the other stocks they have illegally manipulated, I'm sure it could be in the millions, depending on how many there REALLY are in on it.
Where to from here?
I have lost faith in this whole situation. SI has allowed a certain group of people to do what they want, whether it be illegal or not, and when honest posters try to put a stop to it, they are suspended. Right. Kill the messengers, as always. Go even further: accuse them once again of illegal activities of which you have not a shred of evidence. A mature attitude.
Consider this: what if, instead of attacking us, you'd listened, and asked whether we might be right?
I've been saying since the outset:
1. That this was a pump and dump.
2. That management was inexperienced at best, and had a bad habit of saying way too much to the investors who called. It is NOT correct for a CEO to encourage callers to buy more stock, or to fantasize about what a share is "really" worth.
3. That not enough hard information had been made available, especially about financing of acquisitions.
4. That the fact that they bought a very dirty shell did not depone well.
5. That press releases were unclear, sometimes contradictory, and contained too many errors.
6. That the company was NOT operational, and wasn't likely to become so nearly as fast as management claimed it would do.
I could go on to more specific stuff, but won't. Look: get off my case; not my fault if you chose to bury your head in the sand. Just a hint: next time do some REAL DD, and maybe engage in a little critical thinking as well. |
