Okay
i bought 1000 shares of the preferred, a buddy of mine did the same thing. Both had brokers get the information and give advise on it.
Seems okay and could be way better than okay.
The first thing we have to do is try to do as much as we can to get Forbes out. Everyday this infighting goes on will cost us all money.
If this drags on for a year and ends up in costly time and attention consuming lawsuits,, we are really going to get hit in the pocket book.
It seems that Forbes is not going to go easily. Even with the managers turning against him he will fight to stay. He wants to run this whole thing. With the big fund managers staying away in droves this stock will not rise till they are satisfied that they can trust it. They won't do so till Forbes is gone.
So what to do? Well for one thing Email the board. i just sent mine and think that anyone who is concerned should do the same.
Tell them what you think and what you would like to see them do. remind them of the dollars you ( and most likely they) have lost.
It will take a leap of faith for CD to get back to its previous levels
and they cannot generat that faith with Forbes.
