I am having trouble posting the Bloomberg Press release of 12:56. They detail the price at $10.0 million cash and 7.5 mil shares at $2.00 per share., for the $25 mill total. Also the revenue #s appear to need more from Cyberfax and the Uk than expected. Can some one retrieve this, Thanks Revenues 50 at Locus Run Rate 15 at Edge 8.2 Current DCI Total 73.2 with remaining made up by Cyberfax and UK
