So now that we know Gravis' competitors are highly valued in the stock market, what do we know about the "appraisal" of Gravis' market value being done by the supposedly unbiased outside valuation experts that were mentioned some time ago?

Is this valuation in progress? If so, how long do you think it will be before American Brands makes us an offer we can't refuse?

Norman - since you know the law and have much more at stake than most-- Can the minority shareholders do anything to force a fair buyout of their shares?
