dan..you can sell the dec 60 for 2 a share and buy the dec 55 at .50 a share.

this protects your downside to a crash back to 55 . and is like selling the stock at 62.
you'll get 2 a share if the stck dips back to 60 then you keep the 2 a share.
if the stock is over 60 then you still kepp the 2 a share and are force to sell at 60 what you bot at 12.
remeber taxes.
