It is, arguably, an infringement on our constitutional right to do whatever the hell we want on our computers in our homes or offices.

As Dohlen said on CNNfn - passing this law is one thing, enforcing it is another.

Softec licensees operate their systems at their own discretion and risk.

On the premise that Starnet licensees are offshore...fat chance anybody going into this business isn't gonna keep on taking US bets.
