Update on MADI

Called the company again on Tuesday july 21st. Did not post until today though because just finished selling majority of other holdings to buy alot more of MADI. That said make your own decision and call the company for confirmation.

1)Status of the 144 shares in question (5 Million from reverse merger with UCAN). CEO said that him and two other insiders have bought up around 5 million shares from the UCAN shareholders at between .30 and .50 in open market(As UCAN shareholders dump they are buying). He believes that on Tuesday the last of the old UCAN shareholders have been bought up. He said that the three of them(Insiders) have decided to lock up the 5 Million shares until at least August year 2000 if not longer(Sounded like he was in no hurry to sell).

Shares Outstanding 8 Million, Float 3.5 Million, No Convertable Debentures, No Perfered Stock

2) James Thornburg who deals with the US governemt and other big companies believes that MADI has a good chance of equiping EVERY US government computer station that has a line to the outside. Going to Washington DC again in two weeks to talk to the government officials. Each of MADI's machines cost only $250 vs the thousands the government are spending right now on protecting their systems(which are not doing a very good job at example IRS, CIA....). Their network protection machines has a defcon 4 rating(out of 5, 5 highest) which is very good for a $250 product. US government market is estimated at 3.25 Million systems according to CEO/Thornsburg.

3) Very Comfortabe with earnings estimate of at least .65 cent a share(Said that it can be much higher).

4) As reported in news release Canadian government sales increasing. I believe that the .65+ cent earning this quarter is almost solely because of the Canadian Government Sales(Might be good first example, have not heard of any hackers getting through the Canadian System yet.). CEO also mentioned that they are currently talking with the German government over sales of the Centurion.

5) Audited Financials and Earnings coming out August 31st.

Give MADI a call if got any more questions. Some time though CEO hard to reach since out of town talking with clients.

John
