Placed order to sell PSIX at 15:41:44 limit @19 5/8 order remained proccessing and live for 2min until bid fell to 19 1/2 at which time my order became open. The bid stayed above or at my limit for 2 min without a fill. I then cancelled at 15:43:50. At 15:49:39 I placed order to sell PSIX limit @19 1/2. Once again order was above my limit with no fill. Order became open 2 min later after price fell past my price. Cancelled at 15:51:25. Rentered sell of PSIX Limit @18 5/8 The current price was 18 7/8 x 19 order sat for 30 sec until Psix was ready to ut at which time my order went from the stall modes of live order and proccessing to sold at 15:54:36.

My question is why my order could not be filled on the first 2 attempts.
Was it not enough volume only 19 mil. Are Dateks computers set up to screw there customers by not filling marketable orders for 2min in a stock with massive vol but those trades sure fly when the stock starts to move against you. When the trade was finally filled why didn't Datek stay in the stall mode for 2 min I would have gained a 1/2 point. Datek sure can jump out of that proccesing and live order mode when its to your detriment.
