The fall in price started prior to any of the news that caused ASND to fall out of favor. That didn't happen until they acquired CSCC(Cascade) and followed that up by lying about how sales were going good right before announcing disappointing earnings last summer. Change subject: Benhamou told everybody that networkers were struggling after they posted crappy earnings and the momentum players bought his word. Benhamou is a snake, and even though I made some money off 3Com in the past, I would never invest in the company as long as he's associated with it. kc
