Found this rumor, may explain the activity,..,.TO ALL I Don't know anything about this company (or the person who sent me the e-mail) but this showed up in my aol e-mail dated 7/10/98. Hi, I just wanted to let you guys know about this. . .I have a friend who called and talked with the CEO of Benefund and he said. They will be out of Ch. 11 by the end of next week. And that they are discussing a merger. He would not release any other info but that. Now, if they do come out of ch 11. This stock will rise. I am not saying it is going to SKYROCKET, however, it will go up 4 or 5 cents. which is more than 750%. Now, give this stock a looking into. I am sure you won't regret it!! That is the only info I have, a press release should come out middle of next week confirming this. I personally have gotten into this stock majorly, with over 200,000 shares, I have every bit of faith in them! HAVE SOME FUN!!
