The only events I can think of that would lead to a collapse in TSIS stock price are an immense dilution of shares and/or a reverse split. I know know one wants those dreaded words mentioned on any penny stock thread, but that is the bottom line. If Interactive Telesis was desperate enough to want NASDAQ listing, they could resort to a reverse split to get there. Now they would stab their longtime shareholders in the back doing so but that hasn't stopped companies from doing that before. If the above events do not occur, TSIS is as sure an investment as there is, even better than the Dow stocks, especially in a market like today's.
