Brian: Maybe it is time for a little sector rotation in the institutional square dance? Hey, big boys, how about throwing some money my way ? S & P down 2.1% today and Russell 2000 down 1.9% with small caps showing historically dirt cheap valuations, why not toss some money at those sorry small caps? Don't let that lack of liquidity bother you <g>. You gotta beat the index by the end of the year and you are behind. Come on. You can drive up the prices and be out before us poor common folk know any better <g>.
