From your link biz.yahoo.com "INFOWORLD - Federal regulatory requirements for Year 2000 compliance could mean the end of the line for many computers operating Microsoft's Windows 3.1 platform, InfoWorld reported in its July 20 issue." BB, this seems significant to me since I think many companies have delayed the transition from Win 3.1 to Win 95. Does anyone have any idea of the installed base of Win 3.1 in business applications?
