I just spoke with the company. They sent out about 200 hundred individual shareholder letters to certified shareholders. RMIL also sent out a copy to CDS (sp ?). I believe its CDS (or DTC) job to send the copy of the letter to all street name brokerage firms. It's the brokerage firms job to deliver the shareholders a copy of the shareholder letter, and this may take WEEKS to do. (That's if your Broker even sends it to you)

If and when you street people get a shareholder letter from your brokerage firms. The company will require a copy of your latest brokerage firm statement to prove that you own any RMIL. You see talk is cheap for unregistered (street) shareholders. Were as us in NAME (certificate) form can hear directly from the Company, you must hear from your brokerage firms. And it's up to the brokerage firms to make sure you get the letter.
