You can buy at whatever prices you feel comfortable, as long as you are ready to wait, at the end it doesn't matter if you bought it at .05 or .12 like I did. I have sold other duds to buy this one slowly because in the last few years I have made money with them. The only problem is that you never know when it will take off, it just does suddenly..
