I did have CERTAIN email archived. This included the slander that a few nays wrote me, and also the death threats. But your discovery process is flawed. I lost all archived email when I upgraded to from my emailer (Eudora 3.5 to 4.0) to a newer upgrade. That has been posted on SI, and yet you failed to include it in your references.

BTW. The only stock messages that were archived were the RMIL ones, but they were lost in the upgrade.

Now try a little harder to clear up your repeated slander!

PS. Show me any lies that you claim I made regarding stocks. There are none.

PSS. The deleted email problem is a known bug with that upgrade of Eudora 4.0.

Look it is as simple as this in the response to the SEC you said you do not make it a habit to keep your emails(PM) other than one sent and four recieved from one person. In the other post you list a number of emails that you have archived. Well which one is it do you keep them or dont you.

And now on to round two.

How does the company give more rights to a NAME shareholder than a STREET shareholder? Or didn't you really mean to make this statement either.
