I agree with you JT but that is a big if, and so far no news of contract. no news of financing etc, the only thing was sale of PHD, and that was because they could not make money.
As I am long on the stock and got a huge position. So far Cumer may have been right look where he sold and where the stock is today and what the Dow has done,
Hope that the future is brighter.
