Well, I cant fault cash since I just dumped a number of positions
myself. I can speculate but as you know, there are a lot of cross
currents. MIFGY closed below 38 which by my analysis is an important
number. So, from here MIfGY could drift back down to the 32/33 level
which drives ISLI down to around 16 or lower but at this level it is
a screaming buy.
