I went back and re-read the Apr. 22 press release and then
went back to the thread and wondered about a few things.

KZ--It's a nice deal, don't get me wrong, but what bothers me is the multiple sources to
come up with $45K...and why such a small interest, and what is going on in Conroe...did
they hit air, water, or gas?

And now the article about retrofit at EnviroTec, and someone earlier said some other type
of retrofit needed. All I hear is that they're ready to pump up to 7500 bbls per day down
the hole, WITH NO ADDITIONAL MODIFICATIONS. And that only if the throughput
exceeds those levels will some form of monitoring be needed.

And what about LPS?

Stream of consciousness here, but answers needed.
Were I this public company then I would want my shareholder to know things like: general
size/fees re: that 1st Enviro Tec contract; % ownership in the OK well; status of Conroe
activity; LPS roll out plans.

Not to mention the situation with the 10 filing.

TG

1.) I now wonder myself why they did it that way, it was "hinted"
"rumored" if you will, from Mike Millis at that time that the
reason for that was because to preserve CSMA capital. Also it
was "rumored" by the same person that someone in the deal wanted
CSMA shares and this was a convienent way for them to get some
without costing CSMA money.

2.) I think they didn't actually drill a well in Conroe. I
wonder if the agreement called for drilling or just working a
existing well over or if it mattered?

3.) They still may have someone "just waiting" to dump 7,500
bbls a day into that well. And that was 3 months ago. I'm
sure they will continue to wait.
BTW, anyone know if they are dumping anything down that
well? I thought they were dumping brine water earlier?

4.) Of course the LPS deal is dead.

5.) % of ownership in the OK well would be nice to know. Someone
should ask. JMHO

6.) The 10 filing? MAN, have we heard that one for some time!
I don't know if it will be done this year or not! Makes me
wonder why it hasn't been filed.

This post is questions that have, in the most part, remain
unanswered. And the post this was taken from was made 3 months
ago. I guess no one has taken the time to find out.
We on this thread just must have forgot to get this info, I don't
remember seeing most of these questions covered.

Happy investing!
