Robert, I have talked with Mr. Runyon several times and i believe him to be a very reasonable person, and he might go along with a deal like this. however i have no contact with the other 7 million shares. I represent share holders including myself who hold about three million shares and i am sure they would be willing to pay the .05 cents per share to save IPM if there was some way that we could be sure the moneys went for that purpose only, the management of IPM could not have any authority over the money. If there is an attorney share holder who could put together some legal paper to that affect and get it posted i think we might be able to get something started. Anyone interested ?
