Here's an interesting piece from the Agora Report of today......I especially like the reference to the fact that EXTREME's cannot be maintained forever.....That would include the current cheap O&G Prices....
Today's markets are seeing extreme conditions not seen in recent history. Commodities indexes are sitting at all-time
lows, while equity markets continue to defy most conventional Wall street wisdom in reaching record highs and multiples. The
Asian economy is in deep recession levels not seen since WW II, while the US economy is enjoying it's greatest performance
during the span of Alan Greenspan's life. Oil vs. Bonds, Yen vs. Dollar, interest rates vs. S&P multiples....the list just goes on.

The fact of the matter is these are dangerous times. Every instance noted above is an EXTREME. This is much different from
sectors, nations, instruments and currencies outperforming one another over any particular period. Extreme levels can not be
sustained for a very long period of time. This is the nature of economics and the Keynesian "invisible hand" which always
ensures the markets return to equilibrium. We can talk about history all day but we have plenty of examples over the
last 25 years.
