With your revised estimates I think we are looking at $0.41 versus $0.14 for the third quarter and $1.06 versus $0.89 for the fourth quarter. The third quarter will soundly beat last year ($0.20) but would only be a slight increase over this year's second quarter. Last year it was almost a fifty percent increase over the prior (2nd) quarter. The fourth quarter would be only a twenty percent increase over the prior year.

Then there is the problem with the first quarter of next year versus the first quarter this year i.e. $0.86.

They really pinned a slow down in growth rate rap on RADAF. I think we can expect the same now re THQI. So I would not be surprised to see Farrell make some moves to keep the intermediate term growth rate intact.

The reserves which may have been accumulated, might have an important purpose during the next three quarters.
