Sam, It's been a couple of years since I've spent alot of time at WV. Most of my contact is with old work friends. Smokes:Last I Knew it was two packs a day and numerous wild turkeys. As far as a succesor, My last understanding was that there are 2 possiblities and neither (in my opinion) is especially charismatic. 'institionalizing charisma' seems to be to be an oxymoron. I guess you might be referring to the 'culture' thing. I personally no longer believe in 'corporate culture' but rather only the manifestation of the CEO's personality within the organization. VIZ.
