DRIV IPO compared to Software.net:

Whole interview with Software.net is informative, many similarities to DRIV. The following excerpt to me makes DRIV sound like a BETTER product (which could lead to a better IPO) than Software.com. Anyone know when someone other than CBS Marketwatch will take notice of DRIV? My guess is that somebody soon will write an article on the TSQD backdoor, I'm surprised nobody has yet.

cbs.marketwatch.com

Excerpt from ~20 questions about Software.net since it's June IPO:

CBS Marketwatch: Another company that's planning an IPO -- Digital River --
decided they didn't want to launch their own software site because it
would be competitive with some of the customers they have. Is that a
model that can work?

Breier (Software.net): I think it's a model that's second-best to what we're doing.
We're sitting down with publishers, offering them great customer service.
Again, there are economies of scale combining with ours, and we're giving
them value-added marketing. We've got these millions of impressions with
AOL [1.9 billion impressions over three years] and Excite [700 million
over three years] helping to drive traffic to their site as well. These are
[different] pitches to software publishers, and we think ours is the better
one.
